Food Storage

Keep your food storage full, especially in these hard times. You do not have to buy all at once your food storage, I am not recommending this at all. The best thing is to slowly build it. Buy a little extra of an item. Keep in mind you should keep things in your pantry that are part of your normal diet. If you do not use ground wheat, don't buy it and so on. Here is a list of items that you should have in your pantry and they frequently go on sale:

Canned foods:
tomatoe sauce, tomatoes, corn, green beans, fruit, pork and beans, refried beans, tuna, cream soups, canned milk

Dry goods:
wheat, rice, oats, cornmeal, pastas, crackers, pinto beans, red beans

Baking items:
flour, salt, sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, yeast, dry milk, cornstarch

Extra baking items:
raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, cocoa, vanilla, and other extracts

Condiments:
ketchup, mustard, maonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pickles, olives, peanut butter, honey

Misc. Needs:
Water, fuel, home medical treatments...
